What is the different between Regular and Premium Staycation?
In Regular Staycation, your beloved dog stays comfortably at Barkber and is primarily supervised by an attentive pet sitter, ensuring safety and companionship. In Premium Staycation, your dog enjoys a unique experience by staying at the owner's house alongside our 11 small dogs, receiving attentive supervision from both the dedicated pet sitter and the owner themselves.

What is the difference between off peak and on peak?
Off peak means our usual prices when demand is steady. On peak pricing happens during busy times, like holidays, when we may close for longer to manage the higher number of customers.

Do I need to bring my dog food, water and other stuffs?
For dog food, we kindly ask that you bring your own to help prevent any sudden diet changes that could upset your pet's stomach. We provide fresh drinking water in various locations to ensure your dog stays hydrated during their stay, whether they are enjoying a regular or premium staycation experience. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your dog's favorite blanket, pillow, and toys to help them feel more comfortable, but we do request that you make a checklist of these items and inform us before boarding so we can accommodate your needs appropriately.

Can I get an update on my dogs in staycation? Can I access live CCTV footage of their activities?
Yes, you certainly can. Just let us know if you would like to be kept informed about your dog's activities while they are enjoying their staycation with us. We will happily send you a video that captures your dogs having a great time and playing with other pets during their staycation via WhatsApp chat. However, please be aware that CCTV for staycation services is currently unavailable at this time.

This is my first time to boarding, what to expect?
Barkber's staycation offers attentive care for dogs with other dogs and friendly staff. During the day, dogs can play and have fun at the cafe and playground. At night, they sleep comfortably in designated playpens. Our staycation is fully cage-free; playpens are used only when a dog needs a break or rest. Please take a moment to carefully read our terms and conditions before proceeding with our services to ensure you fully understand our policies and guidelines.
