 Objectives This comprehensive basic dog grooming course is thoughtfully designed for both pet owners who wish to enhance their skills and for beginner groomers looking to establish a solid foundation. It covers a range of essential grooming techniques that are crucial for maintaining a dog's overall hygiene, health, and appearance, ensuring that both pets and owners enjoy a positive grooming experience.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of regular grooming.

  • Perform basic grooming tasks such as brushing, bathing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning.

  • Identify the right tools and products for different dog breeds and coat types.

Duration 8 hours
4 hours per day on weekdays, with 30-minute break
4 hours per day on weekends, with 30-minute break

Requirements No prior grooming experience is required. Participants should bring their own grooming tools if possible, but some will be provided.

  • Slicker Brush

  • Metal Comb

  • Nail Clip

  • Hair Trimmer/ Clipper

  • Nail Grinder / Nail File (optional)

  • Brushing Spray (optional)

  • A dog for hands-on practice is recommended

Pet Owner Scissoring Course

Objectives This course is designed for pet owners who want to learn proper techniques for clipping and scissoring their pets' fur. Hands-on instruction will help owners maintain their pet's coat health and appearance.

Duration 30 hours
4 hours per day on weekdays, with 30-minute break
6 hours per day on weekends, with 30-minute break

Requirements Basic Grooming Course is compulsory to take before joining Pet Owner Scissoring Course.

  • Participants must bring their own grooming scissors.

  • A dog for hands-on practice is recommended, though not mandatory.

Professional Pet Grooming Course

Objectives
This comprehensive Professional Pet Grooming Course is thoughtfully designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the ever-evolving pet grooming industry. The course is carefully divided into three distinct levels: Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced, allowing participants to gradually and effectively build upon their skills and expertise as they progress. Each level is structured to ensure a thorough understanding of grooming techniques and best practices. 

Basic Level

Duration 80 hours
4 hours per day on weekdays, with 30-minute break
6 hours per day on weekends, with 30-minute break

Requirements No prior grooming experience is required. Participants should bring their own grooming tools if possible, but some will be provided.
