FAQs

What does my dog do in Daycare?
At our daycare, dogs have plenty of opportunities to play and explore various areas, including the Cafe, Playground, and Garden. We make sure they have plenty of opportunities to interact with other dogs and people, which is important for their well-being and growth.

What if my dog is timid and feels uncertain in new situations?
We have a dedicated pet sitter who is always on standby during daycare to provide care and attention to all dogs. If your dogs do not like to socialize with other pets, we ensure that they are given the space and comfort they need to relax in their own way, without any pressure to engage.

Do I need to bring food or water for my dogs?
We provide water bowls that are always accessible, so your dog can stay hydrated throughout the day. If you wish to bring your own water and food during their time at daycare, please inform us of the preferred time so we can accommodate their needs.

What time does daycare open?
Our daycare operates every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, with opening hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you need to drop off your dog earlier in the morning or pick them up later in the evening, please let us know in advance; please keep in mind that there may be an additional charge for these extended hours.

Can I get an update on my dogs in daycare? Can I access live CCTV footage of their activities?
Yes, you certainly can. Just let us know if you would like to be kept informed about your dog's activities while they are in daycare. We will happily send you a video showing your dogs enjoying themselves and playing with other pets during their daycare hours via WhatsApp chat. However, please note that we do not offer access to CCTV footage for the daycare facility.

This is my first time to daycare, what to expect?
Barkber daycare offers supervised playtime for dogs with humans and other dogs. All dogs must be friendly and not possessive. Owners need to ensure their dog has not harmed or threatened others. Owners should know that dogs can be unpredictable, which may lead to injuries like scrapes, cuts, bites, and infections. If a dog is aggressive or barks excessively, we will notify you and provide a report at pick-up. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services if your dog shows aggression or has a history of it. Please take a moment to carefully read our terms and conditions before proceeding with our services to ensure you fully understand our policies and guidelines.
